Multiple times throughout the construction process and again prior to the final walkthrough with our clients, we use high-powered magnets to pick up any nails and other metal debris that may have fallen from the roof and landed in the yard.
We want to make sure there are not any surprises for either our clients or any four-legged friends living in the house choose to take a walk in the grass.
